About

Therapy works, whether you are lonesome, sad, overwhelmed, isolated, unfulfilled or anxious. I offer a safe and affordable space in which to build trust, create an alliance, and open up emotionally. I believe in fostering a strong attachment with each patient, and I am compassionate in the process. Together we can sort out negative thoughts and emotions, prioritize life stressors, and conquer feelings of insecurity and inadequacy. I encourage mindfulness, good health, exercise, and fun. I follow a humanistic approach.

I am a licensed clinical social worker, with a vast and varied career. I have traveled extensively, and lived abroad. I bring these experiences into the therapeutic room, and then I listen.

Reach out. Together we can make a difference.
