About

The past few years have been challenging as the pandemic disrupted personal and professional lives, leading to feelings of isolation, strained relationships, and heightened anxiety and anger. People from all age groups have been affected, from caregivers supporting family members to students struggling to connect with peers. Seniors, individuals with disabilities faced unique challenges, including extended lockdowns in nursing homes and limited access to care at home. The impact of these experiences is only now surfacing, prompting individuals to seek therapy to process complex emotions, and to develop solutions for positive change.

As a person with disabilities, I utilize a "Person-Centered Therapy" approach to my practice. This method empowers clients to uncover their own solutions while the therapist offers support and guidance. I also incorporate additional therapeutic approaches to provide tailored support.

My practice serves individuals, youth, couples, and elders who are looking to establish a new path to wellness. Let’s work together My professional background in mediation and disability advocacy has enhanced my ability to be an active listener and a compassionate advocate for change. Let's work together towards restoring balance in your life.
