Hey there! I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist in the Raleigh, NC area. I enjoy working with adolescent and adult individuals on issues with ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma - including domestic violence and interpersonal violence, adjustment disorders, life transitions, grief, and addictions. In therapy, I prioritize cultivating a healthy rapport and strong therapeutic alliance. I take a whole-person approach to help clients achieve their goals and live with agency and choice. My therapeutic approach includes an eclectic mix of evidenced-based practices including CBT, DBT and IFS informed approaches, EMDR, MI, SFT, and Gestalt therapy. Change is difficult and, many times, painful. You deserve a safe, confidential, and supportive space to openly explore and discuss your concerns and needs.
