About

Everyone's journey is unique, so I integrate a variety of modalities into my clinical practice to provide strategies that best meet your individual needs and style. I offer the tools of breath, body, mind, and narrative, teaching you to respond rather than to react. Through mind-body therapy practices along with the spirit of curiosity and creativity, I can help you gain greater clarity in your present life and cultivate more compassion towards yourself and others. Our work will be collaborative, as I believe that connection and mutual understanding best promotes healing.

In my practice, I specialize in working with adolescents, adults and families, addressing themes of trauma, relationships, communication, sexual health and cultural influences. I am licensed in four states (Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and New York), which allows me to provide my services to a wider range of clients.

And, I am happy to introduce to my therapy dog Lokah, who always accompanies me during my sessions to create a warm and welcoming environment.
