About

While we are taught how to drive, how to cook, etc., we are rarely given an education on how to cope with the stressors of our daily lives. Through understanding, validation, and support, I help my clients achieve their full potential. By providing support and insight, my clients have the opportunity to work at their own pace and deal with issues that they feel are preventing them from moving forward. In my practice, I try to provide both emotional support and tools that can be used beyond the therapy session.

I enjoy working with people who are curious about themselves and are motivated to grow and heal. I have years of experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and every day stressors. I believe my approach often helps people process their struggles out loud and gives them new perspectives to consider.

Although there are many reasons why someone seeks therapy, it is often our desire to feel connection, gain other perspectives, and process things out loud. We all have unique stories that have shaped us. I would like to work with you discover all that has led you to your current situation, and to assist you on this journey.
