Your therapist will utilize a wealth of knowledge, training, and expertise to guide you toward your goals while centering you as the expert on your own feelings and experiences. Our therapists welcome collaboration with other professionals, such as your psychiatrist or dietitian, whenever needed. CHC serves children, adolescents, adults, and families both in-person and virtually. While our clinicians' trainings are generalized, many have specialities in areas such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders.
