About

No matter what you're going through, you don't have to face it alone. Therapy is a great place to explore a variety of difficulties you or your child may be experiencing. Therapy can provide us with the skills and resources we need to heal. The beginning of your therapeutic journey can be both empowering and scary at the same time. As a therapist, it is my goal to provide individuals with a safe environment in which they can discover their strengths, develop necessary skills, improve emotional regulation, recognize unhelpful patterns, and develop resilience.

Working with children, adolescents, emerging adults, and families is my passion. As a therapist, I adapt my therapeutic approach and modalities to meet the individualized therapeutic needs of my clients. To help my young (and young-at-heart) clients make sense of their world and handle challenges, I use the medium of play and other expressive therapies.

You can trust me to be actively engaged in each session as we work together to find effective, personalized coping skills to help you thrive. I look forward to helping you or your child build resiliency and enjoy life to its fullest.
