I specialize in helping those with chronic anxiety, who have been through trauma or experience PTSD, issues of sexual abuse, depression and addiction, as well as stress related issues. Most of my internship experience has been in the private practice setting. Whether you are seeking guidance for current difficulties or seeking healing for past wounds, I will tailor counseling to your needs. As a counselor, I enjoy walking alongside and assisting my clients through difficult times. It is a great honor to offer a professional perspective as well as an accepting and caring environment. My belief is as we go through life, difficult circumstances hinder or prevent us from experiencing joy or living how we were designed to live. Even interactions with siblings, parents, teachers, friends, and other relationships can negatively effect us. It is my wish to see people restored to full capacity.
