About

I have a warm and compassionate, down to earth style, integrating a blend of approaches to best suit your individual personality & needs. I specialize in working with adults struggling anxiety, depression, recovery from alcohol, early childhood trauma, major life changes, low self-esteem, codependency, relationship issues. By the time you enter therapy, you have probably created various ways of coping with life that no longer serve you and, in some cases, are causing you further stress and suffering. Working together with someone who cares can make all the difference.

I take a mindful, holistic approach in helping you understand why you feel like you're struggling. Taking a relational approach, teaching mindfulness & techniques for stress reduction, working with Internal Family Systems / parts work, Polyvagal informed, Somatic therapies w an intuitive approach to help you increase your self-awareness & quality of life

I chose this work because I truly love helping people work on becoming their best selves. Therapy changed my own life, so I fully realize it's value. I offer a mature, insightful nature and would truly enjoy accompanying you along your journey to wellness.
