About

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist, IFS trained therapist (Level II), workshop leader, and speaker. I specialize in helping people create relationships with themselves and their loved ones that foster healthy coping, resilience, and long-term health and well-being. I offer workshops and presentations on managing worry and raising healthy, resilient children to a wide range of audiences. I am no longer offering individual psychotherapy sessions.

My primary focus is helping parents manage themselves in ways that make it easier to raise healthy, resilient children. I have experience treating a range of issues that have an impact on parents and their children including anxiety, mild autism, chronic pain, emotion regulation, trauma, ADHD, executive function regulation, and other learning challenges.

My philosophy is that with some knowledge, encouragement, hard work and practice most everyone can learn a more effective way to manage their life, their job and/or their family.
