About

Do you struggle to let go and live in the moment? How about unsure of who you are? Are you new to this whole counseling/mental health experience? If so, make now the time you invest in yourself. We all have many roles in life, and it can be challenging to navigate our different identities and expectations. I hope to help clients feel more comfortable with themselves and provide a safe environment to discuss life stressors.

I have experience working with teenagers and young adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, career exploration, trauma, and difficult relationships. I strive to create a safe space where clients have the freedom to explore emotions and be vulnerable. I primarily use person-centered but also incorporate mindfulness and solution-focused.

It can be overwhelming to find the 'right' counselor. And it can be scary and uncomfortable, especially if counseling is a new experience for you. It's an experience that's worth it - feel free to contact me.
