About

I am a clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience working with individuals in the healthcare setting- inpatient psychiatry, emergency room, and outpatient pediatrics. This experience ignited my passion for helping others navigate the complexities of life. My personal experience as a first generation Korean American and my professional training have led me to care deeply about our vulnerable mental health and about finding a path in life that is aligned with our core values.

In my therapy sessions, I focus on empowering individuals to overcome mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions including parenthood, employment, relationship issues and intergenerational family conflict. I am committed to supporting you as you embark on your journey towards healing and growth.

I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we can build a therapeutic relationship. My hope is to work with you on the areas in your life or relationships that need acknowledgement and clarity, so you can begin to see changes in the areas that matter the most.
