I would be a good fit for you if: • You’re BIPOC & LGBTQIA, esp asexual/aromantic • You’re looking for a therapist who will help you work with your brain rather than trying to make your brain work neurotypical/ableist ways • You’re tired of the uncritical use of diagnoses • You’ve experienced personal or systemic traumas • You want to rant & despair without fear of judgement or carcerality • You want a balance of having goals for therapy but not being tied to them in every session • You want to co-create what therapy looks like I have extensive experience in working with QTPOC adults with experiences of trauma (childhood, GBV, family, systemic traumas incl. with therapy, & intergenerational), depression, anxiety, communication struggles, immigration exp (incl asylum), sex work, & neurodivergence. I am also trained in Brainspotting, and integrate that into my practice where it fits. I believe that therapy needs to be a collaborative, grounded in anti-racism (including anti-zionism) & trauma-informed approaches. I draw from IFS, narrative, multicultural, feminist, & relational perspectives, which considers people in relation to their individual, cultural, political, & societal contexts. I am here to help clients feel empowered & grounded
