I believe, in each of us, there is an inherent need to be understood and accepted and that psychotherapy involves building a caring relationship in which clients feel safe and at ease. My goal for our time together is to help you better understand yourself, understand patters behind the choices you make and equip you with coping skills that will enable you to more effectively deal with life stressors. I am passionate about couple/marriage work and restoring relationships, integrating faith into the counseling process, addressing women's issues, identity development and growth, self esteem, professional development, grief and loss. I have specialized training in sex therapy, sex addiction, betrayal trauma, infidelity, affair recovery and therapeutic disclosures. I help clients reclaim healthy sexuality, improve communication, set healthy boundaries, find their voice/their truth, rebuild trust and intimacy, gain couple skills to create secure attachment, achieve post-traumatic growth There is power in relationships and healing in bearing witness to one's pain. I will come along side you with empathy, compassion and understanding and help you find purpose and meaning in the midst of your challenges.
