Now accepting clients with DAYTIME availability. The decision to find a therapist usually comes at times of stress & change. I am a supportive, non-judgmental therapist that realizes how hard it is to ask for help. Together we will identify issues you want to work on, recognizing and building on your strengths and uniqueness. We will find solutions that work for you. I have worked with clients with a variety of issues including persistent worry and anxiety, difficulties in relationships, trauma, and grief & loss. I also have extensive experience working with teenagers, their parents, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My office is fully handicap accessible. I'm happy to meet you in the lobby for your first appointment and show you the way. If sitting in an office sounds stifling or too formal, let's go for a walk (& talk together)!
