Are you having trouble coping with the ups and downs of life? Are you overwhelmed by workplace stress? Struggling to make sense of past experiences? We all experience difficulties in our lives. Sometimes it feels manageable, while at other times it feels overwhelming. Psychotherapy is one method of coping with those difficulties. I work with adults dealing with a wide range of challenges including chronic stress and trauma, workplace difficulties and coping with major life transitions. I will work to build a strong relationship with you so that you feel feel safe and understood, without judgment. We will work together to identify patterns in your life and potential explanations for your current challenges. We then proactively work to address those challenges. My approach is results oriented and informed by research, and I adapt my techniques to each client's unique needs. My practice is BIPOC friendly and LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I also enjoy working with professionals in high stress positions including journalists, lawyers and executives. It's not easy to ask for help, and I welcome those who are new to psychotherapy. Please visit my website to learn more and request a free consultation.
