I often hear this from my clients “I am an angry/depressed/anxious person!” However, your depression/anxiety/anger is just a part of you, it is not all of you. I am interested in exploring this angry/depressed/anxious part with you. But I encourage you to notice other parts in you that were forgotten or hidden. I will support you to be aware and utilize these other parts. I invite your creativity, curiosity and playfulness. I might ask you to be certain parts of you such as letting you speak from the angry part and exaggerate it! All the parts are invited and accepted in this safe space.
