I enjoy working with clients that want to take an active role in their healing or self-betterment journey. These clients desire a better understanding of themselves and are willing to trust the process of counseling. They engage in consistency and follow through. I work well with clients experiencing struggles with ADHD or executive functioning challenges. Companionate counseling for those with health concerns. I have experience working with the military community and has good knowledge of this lifestyle. I aim to provide a non-judgmental place to bring the mess of life and help guide individuals to their best selves.
