Life can be challenging with all the obstacles thrown our way - past or ongoing, which leads us to feel like we're in a constant state of survival. Sound familiar? You are not alone. Therapy can be a safe space to process these stressors and all that life has been throwing at you. I work from a person-centered perspective to process your feelings, identify strengths, and help you access the tools you need to take back control to navigate the direction of your life. Through the art of processing information and applying evidence-based interventions, we will work together to meet your therapy goals and get a better grip on life. I offer services online to those 16 and up to help with a range of difficulties and life stressors. I also work closely with our military community helping them through their unique difficulties and experiences as I, too, have had difficulty navigating similar aspects of this lifestyle as a military spouse and former civil service employee. I received my Master’s of Art in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University. In my free time, I love playing video games and socializing with family and friends. When my batteries need recharging, I like to go hiking, skiing, climbing, or getting outdoors.
