My role is to help you uncover these resources and guide you towards positive transformation. With over 5 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in assisting clients in regaining their strength and purpose in life. My areas of focus include addressing trauma, anxiety, and depression in adults, particularly those battling with sexual addiction and betrayal trauma. I have been trained by the International Institute of Trauma & Addiction Professionals (IITAP), the Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS), and the International Trauma Training Institute (ITTI). My practice focuses on facilitating positive, sustainable change with the use of CBT, Solution-focused approaches, and common factors. My approach to therapy is warm and collaborative. I am an effective listener who is able to meet clients where they are to determine exactly what they need. I am affirming and allow my clients to feel comfortable and safe to explore new facets of their experience.
