I would like to help you be all that you are meant to be so that you may live the authentic life you were intended to live. Unavoidable circumstances may get in the way of your happiness, but with help, you can overcome any circumstance. You have that ability, already. I want to help you get there. I work with individuals/couples from all walks of life who are struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, stress, or other life crises. We will focus on the bigger picture--the events and circumstances in your life that may be at the root of those concerns. I want to provide you with the comfort and freedom you need to express yourself openly, in a safe environment.
