As a therapist, I aim to provide direct and honest feedback while providing you with support and empathy to make changes. Working on trust and building a strong relationship is the foundation for getting the most out of counseling. Together we will work to define and address the issues to get on to better living. I specialize in treating first responders (police, fire, EMS, and military) in a supportive and confidential environment with issues from stress at home and on the job to critical incidents, substance misuse and trauma. I have extensive training in treating trauma related disorders including EMDR. I also specialize in men’s issues. As a Director at GBCC and Oasis, I make a commitment to our clients to provide a safe place for them to feel that they can be themselves and get honest and caring feedback.
