My name is Steven Kresha, and over the past twenty years, it has been an honor to work in the mental health field, walking alongside clients on the healing path. In every stage of life, we encounter circumstances that have the potential to diminish our mental and emotional well-being. The good news is that you already have the resources available to you to grow, heal, and respond well to whatever life may bring your way. My role is to help you access those resources simply and to provide you with some new tools if needed. The goal of our time together is not simply to address challenges you may be experiencing mentally and emotionally but to seek to increase the overall joy that is available to you in living your daily life. I have been clinically working for the past 7 yrs as a therapist, and I have worked with clients from various backgrounds and ages, from 12 years old to 65 yrs old.
