I meet people where they are, not where the world expects them to be.‘You feel it before you know it.’ is my mantra. We all possess the ability for emotional attunement for ourselves and those in our lives. I help clients hone this to allow themselves to see their internal operating systems, improve communication, and navigate life’s many challenges. Being neurodivergent, I identify as jazz handsy, and enjoy working with the neurospicy. Born and raised in a working class neighbourhood in Philadelphia and 16 years in California, I offer direct, honest and sometimes humorous engagement combined with a mindful holding space with others. Having moved from the east coast to the west then from the US to Europe I understand being a stranger in a strange land and all it brings. My supervisor, Natalie Webster MA. LMFT 126065, at Axis Mundi Center for Mental Health, works with me to help further develop my clinical skills and to ensure that I am providing quality care to you as the client. I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology at Meridian University.
