About

I believe every individual is unique and thus very individual's problems/issues/concerns are unique to them. Everyone has their own story. My approach is to treat the individual, not the diagnosis, but the individual with the diagnosis. I have learned over the past 25 years that the therapeutic relationship is key to developing trust and foster progress. *In addition to treating a range of mental disorders, I have training and experience treating people of all ages with Tourette's Syndrome. I am trained in CBIT (Comprehensive Behavioral Interventions for Tics)*

I like to use a blend of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Talk Therapy, Storytelling and other methods when working with someone. I treat Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, OCD, Self-esteem issues, work related issues and Relationship problems.

I strive to provide a comfortable and trusting setting for sharing, at times, very difficult feelings and emotions.
