I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults, men, couples and individuals struggling with sexual addiction, marriage and family issues, depression/grief, faith/religious issues and relationship skills. I incorporate evidence-based therapy methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eclectic Therapy and Solution-Based Brief Therapy. I have 30+ years of experience working with teenagers in a large public high school in Texas. I work with teens experiencing depression, grief, anxiety, suicide ideation and academic concerns.
