About

Throughout our lives, we all have experienced feelings of depression, anxiety, and anger. These emotions leave you feeling insecure, shameful, lonely, unworthy and stuck in unhealthy patterns of behavior. Trauma can have negative emotional and physical effects and can lead to family/relationship issues. I specialize in solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and CBT. These approaches allow me to work with the client to decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression and other health/behavioral issues.

Within the therapeutic space, I want you to feel that you can be yourself. I seek to create a space of compassion, genuineness, non-judgment, and safety. My approach is focused on resolving trauma related issues and balancing your mind-body-soul connection. I aim to help you manage your symptoms, reach your goals, and build healthy relationships with others.

I specialize in LGBTQ issues, couples therapy, and sex therapy. I also work with members of the BDSM, kink, and poly communities and create a safe space for the development of new paradigms and beliefs. The work that I do provides support and guidance to better health and well-being. Please schedule your free consultation.
