About

Being a human is not easy! Whether you're feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, uncertain, struggling, unfulfilled, lost, or broken, I am here to support you on your unique journey. The therapy relationship is a place where you are accepted exactly as you are, so together we can find ways to nurture your inner sources of healing and growth. My goal is to support your ability to increase self-awareness and compassion in order to shift your habitual ways of thinking, feeling, behaving, and relating, so we can discover the tools and insights to help you live a life that feels meaningful to you. Change and healing are possible!

My specialties are anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, neurodivergence, and other challenges of being a human in this messy world. I utilize a mindful, relational approach, helping to bring awareness to thoughts, feelings, and internal narratives, while fostering a compassionate, growth-oriented integration of your authentic experience.

Starting therapy can be an intimidating and overwhelming process. Finding a therapist you feel a good connection with is an important part. I offer a free consultation so you can get a sense of what it might be like to work with me. If I’m not a good fit for you I can help point you in the right direction. You're not alone! Reach out if it feels right.
