As a psychologist, I'm very interested in getting to know you as best as possible so that together we can work toward improving your quality of life. I specialize in adults and active duty military experiencing men's health issues, addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma, & complex PTSD. My approach combines my professional experience, your values and preferences, and scientific research. I use a trauma-sensitive approach as a CCTP-II certified provider, inviting you to practice breathwork, meditation, and visualization. I also work with Naturopathic Doctors to offer complementary, evidence-based herbal and nutritional treatment options. My education was accredited by the American Psychological Association. I am connected to East Indian culture by birth. In addition to usual business hours, my office is open on evenings and weekends.
