Accepting New Clients Via Telehealth- I personally believe that as humans we have the innate capacity to heal, and an intrinsic ability for growth. My goal is to assist in providing compassionate and empathic support that will empower you to uncover your true potential. Searching for support is a brave step. I promise to be candid and transparent about the therapeutic process and to create a caring and nonjudgmental space rooted in safety, mutual respect, and open communication. Within this space, we will address your presenting concerns in order to process through the experiences that have overwhelmed your life, thus allowing healing to occur. I subscribe to a client-centered approach, allowing clients to take an active role in counseling by establishing their own goals, and then assisting them to reach these goals. I am adept at taking on a multicultural orientation with clients by exploring the contributions of ethnicity to the development of self.
