My ideal clients are typically adults, college students, and LGBTQIA+ individuals ages 14+ who are needing to make healthy and positive changes in their lives and/or who are on a journey of self-discovery while addressing concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, grief and loss, work/life balance, bipolar, relationship issues, life changes, anger management, self-esteem, career difficulties, life purpose, spirituality, foster care and adoption, and sexual identity, orientation, and/or gender exploration. I offer convenient online virtual therapy, phone therapy sessions, and virtual animal assisted therapy. I offer a trauma informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach; while incorporating mindfulness practices and using all of my training and professional expertise to help meet your individual needs. Also provide solution-focused goals, assistance with accountability, and encourage self-care on a regular basis in an open-minded and nonjudgmental space. I often recommend exploring holistic interventions, encourage practicing mindfulness, and living in the present.
