We are a group practice with locations in SW (Tigard) & SE (Sellwood) PDX. We want to help you deal with the effects of your emotional pain, often invisible to others. If you are looking to be able to trust yourself and others and to understand the negative repetitive patterns in your life, then therapy can be a possible solution.
