About

When we feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, or alone, our ability to function at our best can be greatly impacted. At times it can feel like we are broken, lost, or just going through the motions every day. It can be difficult to see how your life can improve when you feel stuck in the middle of it. Whether your struggles include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or substance use issues it is my goal to help you through this process with compassion, respect, and honesty.

My focus is on a person-centered therapeutic approach while incorporating techniques from cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based therapies. This integrative counseling approach strives to balance mindful awareness and responsibility, while creating a collaborative effort in the process of healing.

Everyone deserves to have a space where they can feel safe, feel seen, and be heard without judgement. It takes strength and courage to start therapy as it can be uncomfortable and even scary at times. It is my hope that I can join you on this journey in being vulnerable and building a happier, healthier life.
