As a psychotherapist I can help when you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or facing difficult changes. I provide a safe space where you can talk about your most troubling issues. It is within this space where we can work together to identity how you want your life to be different and the steps to the life you want. I believe each person is unique therefore I utilize the treatment technique that suits the individual and situation. I favor evidenced-based therapy, such as cognitive-behavioral and solution focus therapy. I have had 19 years of experience and specialize in bereavement, elderly issues, mood disorders, and anxiety. I understand that although you may benefit from therapy, it is not always possible due to physical limitations or living logistics to visit an office, which is why I also provide in-home and telehealth services.
