The focus of starting a new therapeutic relationship is to create a safe space where you can unpack challenges, life transitions, stressors and grasp a better understanding of managing diagnosis including ADHD, depression and anxiety. I have also worked with professionals, new and established, to process stress, anxiety, increase interpersonal effectiveness and leadership presence. I have also worked with people with chronic illness, first-responders and caregivers. My clients tell me that I ask good questions, make impactful observations and give them tools to improve their daily life. I support people through holistic health journeys. I have also worked in health care, have supported people navigating uncertain health issues and dealing with grief and loss. Therapy is different for everyone. For some, it's a place to address goals, become un-stuck or gain insight. I would love to work with you to identify areas for growth, feel more empowered to use the skills you already have, explore patterns and take steps to improve self care methods with the goal of remodeling time.
