Life has gotten hard enough that you’re finally reaching out for support. You’ve been looking into counseling for a while now and you know finding the right counselor is essential. You’ve skimmed a few therapists' profiles, but no one seems like the right fit. You want someone that understands your fears and worries. Someone who gets it when you share your uncertainties about your partner being “the one” for you. You are asking for support, clarity and connection to the world around you. Connection is important to you, and it's important to me too. View 7 Photos My first goal as a therapist is to share in our humanness; our imperfections. I create unique, individual connections with my clients built on a foundation of good intentions, love, and understanding. We will work towards your healing through shared tears and shared laughter. As your therapist, I work to balance connection with a solid appreciation for understanding multiple perspectives. In other words, I will hold space for your hurt, while also challenging you to identify your unhelpful thoughts and behaviors when appropriate. I'm here for you when you're ready.
