Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, past trauma, LGBTQ+ identity concerns, or a sense of disconnection? I am a psychodynamic therapist committed to helping individuals heal and grow through a compassionate, holistic approach. My work is grounded in understanding how past experiences shape emotional and relational patterns. I integrate expressive arts therapy to access creativity and the unconscious mind, fostering deep healing. I provide an inclusive, affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals to explore identity and relationships. Using a trauma-informed lens, I ensure you feel safe as we explore your emotions and experiences. Attachment theory helps us understand how early bonds shaped your relationships and IFS helps harmonize parts of yourself. Expressive arts therapy allows for creative expression, encouraging emotional release, insight, and deeper self-compassion and wholeness. In our work, I provide a space to explore and express yourself fully. Through talk therapy or creative arts, I guide you in uncovering emotions and working through challenges. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I tailor my approach to your unique needs, supporting you every step. If you’re ready for deeper healing, I'd be honored to work w/ you.
