About

Have you been feeling overwhelmed with emotions and the depth with which you experience them? Do you feel the world doesn't understand your sensitivity? Have you been feeling isolated by how you feel? Do you feel like you’re burdening others when you share and are looking for a place you can openly express yourself? Do you feel like you experience the world around you differently from others? If you feel like you can relate to these questions, you are not alone and you are in the right place. Wherever you are right now is a great place to start. View 6 Photos

My specialty is working with Autistic and ADHD adults, LGBTQIA+, and highly sensitive individuals. I am an intersectional feminist and strive to apply an anti-racist, decolonized framework. I provide a warm, empowering, empathetic, healing, and non-judgmental space to support you. Also, if you enjoy humor as a way to connect you've found the right place!

I welcome people who have no experience in therapy, those who have experience but want a new perspective, and those who are unsure where to start. It can feel like a lot of pressure to choose a therapist based on a short description so feel free to email me so we can see if we're a good fit or to set up a time to meet virtually for a free 15 minute consult.
