About

Taking the first step of looking for a therapist is a major accomplishment, but can also leave people with many questions. Is this person going to be a good fit for me? What can I expect from therapy? As your therapist, it is my job to ease this process for you by creating a non-judgmental and empathetic space for you. Many of the children and adults I work with identify that they have challenges communicating with others, feel misunderstood, experience periods of self-doubt, and want to develop a stronger sense of connectedness to their family and friends. When people begin to work with me, I want them to feel safe and validated.

Since each person is unique, my approach will always be tailored to meet your needs. My work is often surrounding intergenerational trauma, parent-child conflict, child abuse/neglect, and relationship issues. Although all of these things can cause significant distress, I believe that everyone has the power within themselves to create change and thrive.

Commend yourself for wanting the healthier, happier life that you deserve. You have already accomplished so much by seeing the potential for change, and taking steps to make that change happen. I hope that I can be a part of your journey to personal growth and fulfillment.
