I specialize in working with clients who may have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma and relational struggles - including codependency as well as self-esteem and self-worth issues. Are you struggling to find a healthy relationship? Do you tend to lose your sense of self in relationships or just generally trying to find yourself? Or perhaps you are struggling to connect with others and let your guard down? I enjoy working with clients who are recovering from childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, emotional abuse, and CPTSD. There is always a way back to your authentic self no matter how far away you may feel you have strayed. My integrative approach is informed by Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, somatic approaches, and neuroscience. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to show up exactly as they are. I am a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (16493) supervised by Yvonne O'Brien (LMFT 113881). Reaching out to inquire about therapy is a courageous step. I strongly believe that clients make sense given the context of what they have been through and that we all have innate wisdom and a capacity towards healing - sometimes we just need some guidance and to feel less alone. It is my honor to aid clients in their therapeutic work and healing journey.
