I am currently accepting clients for LPCA supervision and telehealth therapy in Kentucky. I am passionate about walking alongside others through their journey while providing a safe space for healing. It's important that each person I work with feel seen and heard. I focused my graduate research on the effects of trauma and treatment modalities. I am also experienced in treating anxiety, depression, relationship/family issues, adjustment disorder, grief, attachment difficulties, issues related to foster care/adoption and more. My favorite thing about doing this work is watching the progress of a person and cheering them on! I have an eclectic person-centered approach to counseling; utilizing other techniques as it fits the client’s needs. I like to ensure that my clients feel that they are in control during their sessions and have complete autonomy. I also enjoy building relationships with clients, so they can experience an authentic therapeutic environment. I'm here waiting with my plants, my dog, and my favorite book.
