I am a Licensed Psychotherapist with a Master's Degree in Counseling and Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, and a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University. I believe that life can feel overwhelming and unpredictable at times, and it is always beneficial to have additional support when this occurs. I strive to work collaboratively with my clients to identify what symptoms and patterns may be preventing sustainable change, and work towards creating manageable goals and healthy patterns within their lifestyle. Operating from a holistic approach, I work to provide a safe, trusting environment where we can explore past and present challenges. I understand there is no one-size-fits-all for therapy, and therefore work with each client individually utilizing several modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Through psychotherapy, we can work together as a team to explore what you want out of life and how to get there. I am here to listen and support you in achieving your goals, celebrating your milestones, and navigating all life transitions you may experience. If you feel as though this may be the right fit, please feel free to reach out for a consultation.
