So many right now are struggling with overwhelm, despair, and disconnection from purpose, meaning, and community. This could especially be the case if you have recently undergone a major life transition like a move to a new city, or becoming a parent, or you exist within identities and family structures that are not as frequently reflected in society, such as being a single parent or LGBTQ+ or are neurodivergent. As a member of the queer community, a recent transplant to LA, and a divorced parent, I have lived experience that helps me truly understand and attune to clients navigating life-shaking changes and non-normative spaces. I can help you unhook from no longer helpful strategies that limit your ability to accept yourself and others, while supporting you in connecting with your deepest values and aspirations so that you can approach your relationships and your life transitions with open-heartedness, resilience, and true intimacy and belonging. I bring humor, kindness, enthusiasm, irreverence, deep presence and nonjudgmental acceptance to my therapy practice. I believe that everyone at every phase of life is capable of deep, meaningful change, and everyone has a wise and loving self within them that can be accessed when they feel truly seen. I would love to meet you and see if we're a fit!
