I understand what it is like to look at yourself and know you desire so much more fullness in your life. Because I've been there, I can empathize while also helping you move forward. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, religious trauma experienced within a Christian context, and unhealthy relationship dynamics. I understand how difficult it can be to reach out. You might be wondering if you truly need the therapeutic process. I can't guarantee a specific outcome, but I can assure you I am dedicated to helping you discover a life that is in alignment with your values.
