About

Navigating life’s difficulties is challenging, especially having lived through a time of physical and emotional isolation. I honor all as unique individuals and value each life experience. I am empathetic, warm, creative, and person-centered. I relate to the many challenges individuals face on a deeper level and I draw from my education as well as my clinical and personal experiences to best support and guide my clients. I value the importance of cultivating a strong therapeutic relationship and am inspired by the collaborative process to find the tools from within to move towards positive change and growth.

I am passionate about helping others. I will focus on your current concerns and work with you to find ways to help overcome them at your own pace in a safe, non-judgemental, and warm environment. Our sessions will be focused on you, both where you are in the moment and where you hope to go. Together we'll discover what’s best for your journey to wholeness.

I have a tremendous amount of respect for you and your interest in seeking therapy. It is an honest and brave way to heal and grow. I feel it’s important for you to share your story and to be heard. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you along the way.
