About

I help people with issues affecting work, relationships, sexuality and life transitions. My style is focused, down-to-earth and interactive, and is oriented towards understanding and working through the internal barriers that inhibit a person's optimal functioning, growth and fulfillment, enabling them to achieve desired goals.

I use an insight-oriented, psychodynamic approach that draws upon a variety of treatment methods -- psychoanalytic, cognitive, relational, coaching -- depending upon the needs of the client and the situation. The treatment method is always matched to the client's needs.

I draw upon both my extensive clinical expertise and my background in both business and the arts to help people transition successfully to desired careers and relationships, to meet new phase-of-life challenges and to overcome blocks to their creative potential.
