“The Doctor Is In.” Well, not exactly; I cannot fix you, but I can help you develop the tools to fix yourself. The ‘why you do what you do’, when you don’t even know why you do what you do. That is what I want to help you find. There is no shame in asking for help. Everyone is different, so I use multiple methods to find what works for you to build the skills you need to cope with life. A sense of humor, some tough love, and no judgement to navigate your darkness is what I can provide. Personally, I was always one that had to learn things the hard way, but that doesn’t have to be your story. I believe that you have what you need to thrive; you just need help finding it within yourself. I have been in the darkness and grief and depression myself and a counselor helped me find the way back to myself. Let me do the same for you. I’ve always known what I wanted to do with my life. As a child, I watched my parents help others in their darkest valleys and celebrate their mountaintops and that is the life I have chosen. It is an honor to get to be the shoulder to cry on, the safe place to fall, and the helping hand to guide you through this crazy thing we call Life.
