I create a healing space for those who are struggling with anxiety, depression and managing their emotions. These issues can cause stress in your daily life and in relationship with others. I do believe that there is a way to honor our lived experiences while learning new skills to help manage your emotional life. As a therapist I combine an eclectic approach from many different modalities with training and experience in DBT, CBT and trauma informed therapy.
