About

Do you wonder how it’s possible to feel both too much & not enough? Are you looking to slow things down inside when the world never stops? For us to shift anything, one must reach, with gentle touch, the parts of ourselves able to transform. I passionately hold that we could all use a way to slow down our rapidly evolving lives—a way to hold space for what drives us forward, or slows us down in ways we’d like to speed up. Therapy is a space to peel back layers to help you move toward being fully expressed, in steady, easy participation with your life—even with its inevitable ups and downs and the in-between spaces. Healing requires both the space to go within, a relational 'home', in which to feel you wholeness. In sessions, we'll create a safe enough space, welcoming all your human parts, in order to discover and arrive at your goals. If you have ever wanted to meld more of your true self into all aspects of life, I get it. I specialize in guiding this.

Born in NYC to Asian immigrants, I’m aware of the stigma associated with mental health and its complexities. As a breathwork facilitator, trained in powerful forms of somatic, experiential psychotherapies designed to promote deep connection to Self & others, I enjoy working with holistic, integrative modalities that deepen your mind-body-spirit connection.
