About

We all struggle with anxiety and nerves every once in a while, but if you’re experiencing anxiety or racing thoughts that makes life difficult to live or enjoy your new baby, I can help! With a focus on perinatal mood and anxiety as well as emerging adult difficulties and OCD, I’ll teach you to overcome your challenges with tangible skills and practice through my specialty training in anxiety and depression. You'll learn to reduce obsessive thinking and conquer needless worrying that may be getting in the way of enjoying your pregnancy, new baby, or life. I have a special interest working with pregnant people & fear of childbirth. View 5 Photos

I practice mainly from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (EX/RP) orientation, but occasionally pull skills from ACT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy(CPT) for trauma. We will address your fears and challenges and you'll develop skills to think rationally in the future.

It can be terrifying to address your fears, but the strength it takes to reach out and ask for help is the first step to an invaluable process that you won’t go through alone. In our sessions, we will work collaboratively to create a treatment plan that works for you to accomplish the goals we set together.
